Hi, I'm Lisa, a Registered Dietitian based in Hampshire. I offer online and in person consultations in the Hampshire and surrounding areas. 

With many years of experience, I cover a diverse area of nutrition. I am passionate about providing evidence-based advice, specifically tailored to your individual needs and goals.

Supporting you as an individual and working together to implement a bespoke plan is my key focus, ensuring the best for your health and well-being.

I am HCPC registered and have a wide range of practical experience through my work in both acute hospitals and the community covering everything from Eating Disorders in children and Teenagers to Oncology dietetic support.

I am also available to speak at events, deliver training, and write for online magazines.

Hi, I'm Katie, Lisa's Secretary.

I have over 12 years experience working in administrative roles both in the private sector but also, more recently within the NHS, which is where I met Lisa.

I'm here to support Lisa, doing all her admin work, so that she can spend as much time directly helping you as possible.
