Terms and Conditions

Booking and Payment Policy

Unless otherwise agreed with Partnered providers, bookings are to be made via our website www.precisiondietetics.co.uk.

Payment can be made in full at time of booking, alternatively instalment plans can be arranged via PayPal (subject to their own terms and conditions). Private insurance is accepted.


Pre-Assessment Form

All new clients will be asked to complete a Pre-Assessment Form. This form is intended to gather key information to help inform recommendations and support provided. If this form is not completed and submitted 24 hours prior to your booked appointment, time within your appointment will be used to gather this information. 


Private Insurance

Precision Dietetics is an authorised provider for many Private Insurance companies.

Bookings can be made by selecting the Private Insurance option on the website. After booking, you will be asked to provide at least your Policy/Membership number and a treatment authorisation code. If these have not been received 24 hours prior to your booked appointment, your appointment will be cancelled.

Our usual rates apply. Insurers cover dietetic appointments at varying rates. We will invoice you for the remainder of our standard rate that has not been covered by your insurer.


Partnered Providers

Precision Dietetics have contracts and agreements with Third Party providers. All partnerships are subject to contract and availability of these agreements are subject to change at short notice.


  • Farmhouse Sanctuary Spa

Precision Dietetics offers an in-person clinic space at Farmhouse Sanctuary Spa. Appointments must be booked via the Farmhouse Sanctuary website. All bookings booked via the Farmhouse Sanctuary website and taking place on the Farmhouse Sanctuary Spa premises are subject to their terms and conditions of service.

  • Red Arc

Appointments booked with support and funding from RedArc are subject to RedArc’s own Terms and Conditions. Additional appointments can be booked outside of what RedArc has agreed to provide funding for. These must be booked using Precision Dietetics’ usual Booking Procedure. 

Cancellations

We understand that plans change, and we request 72 hours’ notice for any cancellations, adjustments, or rescheduling of appointments. 

Please note: Bookings cannot be rescheduled or cancelled online. All rescheduling requests or cancellations must be sent via email to information@precisiondietetics.co.uk

When appointments are cancelled by the client with: 

  • Over 72 hours’ notice: Appointments can be cancelled with a full refund
  • Less than 72 hours’ notice: No refunds will be available 

Rescheduling

Appointments can be rescheduled for any reason, but are subject to the below conditions:

  • Appointments must be rescheduled to a date no more than 30 calendar days after the originally booked appointment (subject to Precision Dietetics’ availability)
  • If the request to reschedule has been received with over 72 hours’ notice AND Precision Dietetics cannot provide any alternative appointments within 30 calendar days of the original appointment, a full refund will be given.
  • If the request to reschedule has been received with less than 72 hours’ notice AND Precision Dietetics cannot provide any alternative appointments within 30 calendar days of the original appointment, a further 30 days rescheduling window will be given (allowing the appointment to be a maximum of 60 days after the original appointment). No refunds will be available.
  • Any rescheduled appointment that is either cancelled or requested to be rescheduled, will be cancelled with no refund given, irrespective of notice given.
  • Appointments needing to be rescheduled by Precision Dietetics will, where possible, be rescheduled to take place within 14 days of the original appointment. Otherwise, will be cancelled with a full refund.


Late Arrivals

If you are running late, we will do our best to accommodate you, but appointments may need to be shortened to avoid impacting other clients. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may have to reschedule your appointment. No refunds will be given for missed appointments or appointments that have needed to be shortened due to lateness. 

Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who: 

  • Appears to be under the influence of drugs or alcohol. 
  • Displays behaviour that makes our staff uncomfortable, disrespected, or intimidated.
  • Has not complied with published Terms and Conditions
  • Has any history of non-attendance, lateness, cancellation or rescheduling
